This manual was produced by the Ministry of the Environment of Japan and the Global Environment Centre Foundation (GEC). Its objective is to provide a better understanding of the Clean Development Mechanism - CDM, specifying its concepts and rules in order to provide more detailed guidance to the stakeholders involved, especially project developers and policy makers.
