From 1 to 12 December, 2003, the city of Milan, Italy, hosted the 9th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, the 19th Session of the Subsidiary Body for Implementation and the 19th Session of the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice.
