Alters Article 2 of the Decree of August 28, 2000, which makes provisions regarding the Brazilian Forum on Climate Change.
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, exercising the power conferred upon him by art. 84, item VI, of the Constitution,
DECREES:
Art. 1 Article 2 of the Decree of August 28, 2000, which makes provisions regarding the Brazilian Forum on Climate Change, shall read with the following alterations:

j) of Education;
l) of Defense;
m) of the Head of the Civil House of the Presidency of the Republic;
II - of the Director-President of the National Agency of Waters - ANA;
III - representatives of the civil society with outstanding knowledge of the issue, or that were given responsibility for climate change issues.
IV - as invitees:
a) the President of the House of Representatives;
b) the President of the Federal Senate;
c) State Governors.

§ 2 The members referred to in item III shall be designated by the President of the Republic. (NR)
Art. 2 This Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
