Immediate Objective 1: Provide easier access to and strengthen relations with national and international sources of information (such as the US Country Study Program and other bilateral programs, UNEP, IPCC, CC:TRAIN, international research institutes and national on-going or concluded projects about emission inventories and coefficients or other climate change related issues) with a view to learning with the experience and ideas of similar projects carried out in other places, avoiding duplication of efforts and establish contacts for the international dissemination and review of the project results.
