Conclusions
At the joint meeting on 15 September, having considered a proposal by the chairmen, the SBSTA and the SBI agreed to further consider, at the second part of their thirteenth sessions, the draft decisions on capacity-building in developing countries and countries with economies in transition, contained in documents FCCC/SBI/2000/10/Add.3 and FCCC/SBI/2000/10/Add.4 respectively, with a view to recommending draft decisions on these matters for adoption by the Conference of the Parties at its sixth session.
