From October 25 to November 5, 1999, the city of Bonn, Germany, hosted the 5th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, the 11th Session of the Subsidiary Body for Implementation and the 11th Session of the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice.
